Montañita Ecuador

Montañita is a community that is located on the shores of the Ecuadorian province of Santa Elena and the road through which the Sun's Route 200 km from the city of Guayaquil. El point conocido como La Punta en Montañita es una derecha de point break ubicada un kilómetro al norte del centro de Montañita. Rápida, fuerte y a veces larga, es una de las olas más respetadas del Ecuador. Si tiene las condiciones propicias con algún swell fuerte del norte, oeste o sur y poco viento, la ola puede llegar a los 3 mts con secciones de tubos impresionantes. Apta para tablistas de nivel intermedio y avanzado, el fondo es rocoso y al final del recorrido tomar arena. La mejor época para esta playa es de Octubre a Abril.
